Sonali is the heart of Tours R Us. What began as a small office in Opera House, Mumbai has grown into a trusted name for handcrafted holidays — but the philosophy hasn't changed: every itinerary still passes through her hands.
"I don't sell trips. I plan them the way I'd plan them for my own family." That care shows up in the small things — the right room with the right view, the day kept free when you'll need rest, the driver who knows the shortcut.
Whether it's a first honeymoon to Bali, a multi-generational family tour of Rajasthan, or a 40-person corporate offsite to Switzerland — Sonali and her small, senior team plan every trip in-house.
